Inside House
The house is full of warmth, character and charm. It has a spacious sitting room with beautiful natural limestone floors, traditional fireplace and 3 sets of french windows. During the hot summer the house is light and airy as these doors open directly out on to the pool area whilst another opens out to a delightful secluded terrace strewn with roses. There are three linen couches, an additional dining table, desk, and other tasteful pieces of antique furniture. There is satellite TV & DVD, phone for local calls, and a WiFi setup for the use of your own personal laptop. The dining room again has limestone floors, with four sets of french windows giving panoramic views of the garden. There is a large moroccan tiled table with chairs to seat ten, antique painted dresser and cupboard. Outside the french windows there is a long shaded terrace, with another dining table, and chairs seating ten. Leading off the dining room is the kitchen, again with limestone floors, a large stainless steel smeg style electric oven with gas hob, two large fridge/freezers, dishwasher, microwave and all other mod cons. There is a utility room with washing machine etc.
Bedrooms
Downstairs is a large light double bedroom with french windows opening directly out to the pool area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower, WC and washbasin. There is another downstairs bathroom with walk in power shower, WC and washbasin and this is used by the other downstairs twin bedded room which also has doors leading directly out to the garden. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms. A double bedroom with french doors onto a small intimate terrace, another double bedroom with large window giving views of Mt. Ventoux and a further pretty blue twin bedded room. There is a large bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. All the bedrooms have pretty furnishings, spacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, mirrors, side tables, lamps and wicker chairs.
Outside the House and Garden
The house and gardens are completely behind walls, and are entered via a lovely old wooden door with entry system. The garden is large and mainly laid to lawn, with a small orchard of apple, pear, apricot, and cherry trees. There is a wonderful, shaded terrace, with table and seating for ten running the length of the sitting and dining room. There is a further barbecue here. The pool is four by eight metres, in a sheltered and private position, with pool house, drinks fridge, oven and barbecue. There are ample sun loungers and a further table with sun shade. There is parking for three cars under an abri at the front of the property.
