LONG LETS : The Olive Garden

We are happy to negotiate a “special school program” for longer term lets from September to June (inclusive) to cater for families wishing to put their children into the French school system for a year. Caromb has a local primary school for children from the ages of 4 to 11 years

The Olive Garden was let continuously for a period of 5 years to families wishing to re-locate to Provence, in the late 2000’s.

We also had an Australian family living in Paris spend their summer months in Caromb, amicably calling The Olive Garden their “home away from home”. They returned year after year as they love Provence, the village life of Caromb and the familiarity of a house where they knew what to expect. Hugo (Stephenson) was quoted as saying “All the joys of a familiar home without any of the hassle“. We watched their kids (all 4 of them) grow up over a period 5 years and were sorry when they had to leave their French life behind and return back to Oz.
