It is clear to see that these villas cater for many different types of holidays with people of all nationalities. They both have space, a precious commodity, and are set in grounds of just how people imagine Provence to be – utterly beautiful!
We rented out The Olive Garden for many years before deciding to live there ourselves as a family (2013-2016) putting our children into the local school and integrating into French village life in Caromb.
Now we have moved back into our original home in Provence at The Apple Orchard in Le Thor. We are ready to share our garden and pool paradise there with those of you wanting to rent our little gem of an Apartment “The Willow Tree” knowing that many of you will be delighted at the opportunity to rent your “home away from home” again in this exquisite sanctuary, lovingly known as “The Olive Garden”.

The Apple Orchard is a fabulous holiday rental and very well equipped for a family break. We have fond memories of our mornings drinking coffee on the terrace and the kids are still talking about their hide & seek games in the vast gardens!
We will absolutely recommend to family and friends and hope to return ourselves in the future during the summer months so do please keep us on your mailing list for any offers.
The Apple Orchard was just right for our large family gathering.
During the days, the children spend hours in the heated pool and ran wild in the large garden. In the evenings we had some great BBQ’s on the large balcony which was conveniently sited next to the well equipped kitchen. It was a little way out of Avignon but the local town ticked most the boxes.
Thanks for everything Audrey. We have had a wonderful time here and are all feeling rather sad today as we do our final packing.

Anthony’s 50th at The Apple Orchard
We had a wonderful HOT week in the South of France celebrating everything Anthony! Visited with family, took a cooking class, explored and enjoyed the beautiful countryside. What an incredible place. Thank you from Canada
Beautiful House, great location, perfect for families, kids or groups of friends.
We stayed at The Apple Orchard in June 2014 with our extended family from Australia and the UK. I can’t recommend this place highly enough – the house is spacious, bright and clean, with large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of spaces for eating and relaxing, both inside and out on the terraces. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for big groups. There is a large garden with lots of shade and the pool area is fantastic. The pool is heated (we swam all day every day in early June) and fully fenced which was great as we had small children, aged 3 and 1 with us.
The location is perfect, on a quiet road but an easy drive to lots of beautiful towns and markets such as Gordes, Menerbes, St Remy. Audrey was very helpful and responsive and always available to respond to our questions. Some of our family members have already booked to return next year. Thanks again for a lovely holiday. We had the most amazing time and created memories that will last a lifetime. My son keeps asking when are we going back!
